Fundraising & Community Partners
Help find sponsors, request donations, apply for grants, or connect PTA with local businesses and organizations.
Event Leads
Take the lead on an event or project with PTA resources, templates, and support already in place. This can also be done as a group!

Perfect for the “I can help, but please do not put me on a committee” crowd. Small, one-off jobs when we need an extra set of hands.
Background Check Requirement
Everyone who volunteers in the school needs to have a background check on file with the district. Social Media Admin
Help keep our PTA community in the loop by posting flyers, sharing event reminders, and highlighting all the fun happening at MHE. Perfect for someone who enjoys social media and can help from home. Drop us a line if you're interested!
Trunk-or-Treat 2026 Chair
Take the lead on one of our favorite fall events! Help coordinate trunks, candy donation, volunteers, and event-day details, all with PTA resources and support to back you up.
Panther Pumpkin Patch 2026 Chair
Help bring our fall pumpkin patch to life! Coordinate with Fletcher Farms for the 2nd annual family event. We'll give you a template and everything!
Volunteer Wrangler
Be our go-to person for student volunteers! Help connect Hazen students looking for service hours with PTA events that need extra hands, then help us get them where they need to be. A win for their graduation requirements and a win for our workload.
Concessions Crew
Keep the snacks flowing! Help stock, set up, sell, and clean up concessions at PTA events. Perfect if you’re happy to jump in for a shift without taking on a whole event.
